Editorial principles
AlzBrief is a research note, not clinical advice.
- The public site is for reading. It is not a clinic, not a payment page, and not a diagnostic chatbot.
- English is the default. Korean lives at
/koand on a language toggle that keeps the same issue. - Cite only a DOI that exists. Issue 1 cites 10.21203/rs.3.rs-10410778/v1 and does not invent enrollment, ARIA rates, or posterior probabilities.
- Do not present blood tests as a license to treat or to skip PET, CSF, or MRI.
- The home box is an unmet-need / research-brief request. Before anything is sent, the subscriber sees planned prompts for matching desks only: Darwin (mechanism, biomarkers, targets), Wolf Singer (qEEG, speech, digital methods), Doc (lecanemab, registry, IRB), and web (site only if asked).
- Those prompts are a handoff to the editorial room. This GitHub Pages site does not run agents, compute staging, or give treatment advice in the browser.
- Subscribe is email only. No symptom fields and no medical-record fields.
- Persona cards, Dr. Vance, virtual professors, staging sliders, and posterior-probability simulators do not belong on the public site.
